Eric Ledallic

Eric LeDallic is an avid sports enthusiast and has been involved in athletics for most of his life. His interest in physical fitness began at an early age with his proficiency in athletics. Eric’s fascination with fitness has given him the opportunity to experience and learn a wide variety of sports and training techniques, which he implements into his training programs. Eric’s enthusiasm for instruction of physical education is due to his belief in the physiological and psychological benefits of physical fitness. This desire to promote physical education ultimately led Eric to pursue a career as a fitness educator. Eric began his personal training career in Los Angeles twelve years ago. He bases his training principles on dedication, hard work, and proven scientific data.
