Background

Sarah’s passion for all things health and fitness started in her high school days when she attended group fitness classes to get in shape. Ever since then her desire and thirst for knowledge continued to grow and she went on to complete a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. Sarah believes that keeping fit should be fun as well as rewarding. At Team fitness she is dedicated to delivering great results, making sure her clients are always happy and she enjoys building confidence for all beginners and athletics.  In her spare time she likes to keep active through various activities including trail running, weight training, snowboarding, yoga and curling.

Bachelor of Human Kinetics, Health and Fitness with a Minor in Psychology
BCRPA registered fitness leader in personal training
5 years of experience in the fitness Industry as a personal training
Weight training and group fitness
5 Years experience as a group fitness instructor to a variety of clientele
Certified pre and post natal exercise specialist
