<p>Christine is our fantastic Team Fitness yoga expert, helping our clients find their physical and emotional balance. As a teenager she loved dancing and moving, never giving up on the chance to do anything new, knowing that health and fitness was always going to play a big part in her life. 16 years ago, Yoga came to her naturally and when she first stepped onto the mat, she knew what she wanted to do, Yoga was finally her home. In 2008, she decided to share her passion for yoga with others by becoming a fully qualified instructor, doing over 200 hours training at Flow Yoga in Vancouver, to deepen her practice and to be able to deliver the</p>
<p>best yoga classes for our clients. Christine encourages our clients to practice with an open heart and an open mind, to listen to their body and believe that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.</p>
