Personal Training Programs

 Initial Assessment: In all programs, we require that all clients have an Initial Assessment prior to their first training session as it helps you set goals and allows us to design your program around any functional constraints and/or past injury concerns.   • 60 minute one-on-one training sessions: Exclusive hour with one of our highly skilled Personal Trainers who will work with you to reach your fitness and lifestyle goals. Your sessions will progress depending on your long term and short-term goals. Session pricing depends on frequency and can be done in partners (Up to 3 people) for discounted pricing.   • Small Group Training: Groups of 4-6 can sign up together for a full hour of semi-private personal training for discounted pricing (session pricing depends on frequency). One of our skilled personal trainers works with you and your group to meet goals and keep your workouts fun and progressive. A Initail Assessment is Reccommended or a Body Composition Check In before starting Group Training.
  • Large Group Training: Groups of 7 or more can sign up together for a full hour of circuit style training. If you have a group of friends with similar fitness goals this is the most economical option.
  • TF F.I.T Blast and TF F.I.T Blast+: 30 minutes of ‘Functional Interval Training’ with on of our personal trainers with the option to add 15 minutes of prescribed programming without supervision.

Short Term Training

This package is ideal for individuals seeking a personalized program set up for independent use. Includes an Initial Assessment, program design, two program review Personal Training sessions with a subsequent 8 week Body Composition Check In to measure results and plan progressions.

INDOOR BOOTCAMP SESSIONS

  • Saturday Indoor Bootcamp: A great start to your weekend! Try our 9-10am Saturday Indoor Bootcamp that entails a Full Body Workout with a maximum of 10 participants.
  • Lunch hour Bootcamp: A 50 minute Bootcamp Session for up to 10 people (first come first serve). Do you work nearby and need to fit in a workout?  Sessions Run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05-12:55pm. Shower Facilities available.
  • Evening Indoor Bootcamp: Sessions run at 7-8pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.
