The only way I can describe my experience on the 90 Days to a New You program would be ‘life changing’! Before starting, I hadn’t worked out in years, never been on a set eating plan and was really just fed up with how I was spending my life. It is astounding how much better I feel, both inside and out, after just 90 days!
